Due to the nature of medical services, the Medical Center provides the following refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness. 

1. Medical Services and Appointments

  • A refund is applicable only if the medical service has not been provided. 
  • No refunds are issued for services that have already been delivered or initiated. 

2. Appointment Cancellation

  • Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. 
  • Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. 

3. Medical Consultations

  • All medical consultations (in-person or online) are non-refundable once completed. 

4. Refund Method and Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. 
  • Refund processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider. 

5. Exceptions

  • Special offers or medical packages may be non-refundable, as clearly stated before payment.
